 #WINLounge speaker from The Connection Code panel, Anupama Ramaswamy — Chief Creative Officer, Havas Worldwide India — brought home India’s first Cannes Lions Gold of 2025 for the powerful campaign Ink of Democracy.

The event brought together 50+ speakers such as Bridget Evans, Global Head of Business Marketing at Spotify; Resh Sidhu, Global Director, Snap AR Marketing, Snapchat; Aïda Moudachirou-Rébois – SVP, Global GM, M·A·C Cosmetics; Alexandrine Pelat, Director of Communications, Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris; Caspar Lee, Co-founder & Chief Visionary Officer, Influencer; and other top executives. 

The day-long #WINLounge on June 18 kicked off with a keynote by Bridget Evans, Global Head of Business Marketing at Spotify, and unfolded into a powerhouse lineup—10 panel discussions, creative workshops and a fireside chat featuring
50+ voices from 20+ countries and 50+ global organizations. The conversations spotlighted the future of Ad-Tech, Inclusive Innovation, Purpose-Driven Marketing, Philanthropy, and Sustainability.

As part of WIN’s efforts to spotlight trailblazers on its podcast platform — WIN Voices—we interviewed A-listers at the WIN Lounge and the experiential Spotify Beach. Among them was a powerful new tribe of African storytellers — from Kim Jayde, the South African TV host and entrepreneur known for her bold presence in fashion and digital media, to Kojo Marfo, founder of My Runway Group, and Meji Alabi, the visionary British-Nigerian filmmaker behind iconic visuals for Beyoncé, Burna Boy, and Wizkid. Their stories, spanning creativity, culture, and impact, brought a wave of fresh global energy to the WIN platform.

Stuti Jalan, Founder, Women Inspiring Network (WIN) also spoke at the Sunset Poolside Talks—hosted by Social+ and powered by Culture3—on how brands can build communities that go beyond engagement, and shared insights at the No Permission Cannes Dinner and discussion, curated by Fusion Fashion Tech Society’s Ambriel Pouncy.

Speaking about Cannes 2025, Stuti Jalan, Founder, Women Inspiring Network (WIN) remarked, “Cannes was raw, electric, and unforgettable—a melting pot of ideas, creativity, and global change makers. The 7 panels explored a variety of forward-thinking topics like ‘The 21st-Century Blueprint for Purpose-Driven Brand-Building’ discussed how brands are aligning values with action to build trust, drive impact, and deliver long-term value. The Purpose Playbook unpacked how India’s leading philanthropic families are moving from charity to systems change. The Creative Futurist discussed what it takes to lead creatively in a rapidly changing world.

Disrupting the Default challenged traditional systems and highlighted inclusive design and diverse creativity. Culture is Capital explored how creativity—spanning brands, media, tech, and blockchain—is becoming a key global economic and cultural driver. Metamorphosis of Marketing examined how AI, data, and design are reshaping legacy enterprises. The Connection Code explored the emotional power of marketing campaigns.

A special fireside chat featured WIN Founder Stuti Jalan in conversation with Caspar Lee, co-founder of Influencer.com who shared his journey from teenage YouTuber in South Africa to successful entrepreneur and venture fund manager with a $65 million AUM, backed by top-tier investors including Sequoia and Cendana.
