Air India has expanded its self-service options. Passengers flying from India to Europe and Canada can now use integrated self check-in and baggage drop facilities. This service was already available for US, Australia and domestic routes. The new system allows passengers to print boarding passes and baggage tags. It reduces wait times at check-in counters.
