Audi A4 Signature Edition debuts in India with new features at Rs. 57.11 lakhs

Audi India has introduced a new limited-run variant of its popular luxury sedan, the A4. Dubbed the Signature Edition, the model is priced at Rs. 57.11 lakhs (ex-showroom) and brings a host of cosmetic and feature enhancements aimed at elevating the sedan’s appeal.

The A4 Signature Edition is distinguished by exclusive design elements such as specially painted alloy wheels with dynamic hub caps, a rear spoiler, stainless steel pedal caps and interior inlays finished in wood oak and natural grey. These touches lend the sedan a more refined and unique aesthetic.

On the features front, Audi has equipped the Signature Edition with Park Assist supported by a 360-degree camera system, LED puddle lamps that project the Audi logo and an integrated fragrance dispenser for added cabin comfort. The car retains high-end equipment from the standard A4, including a 19-speaker Bang & Olufsen sound system, a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment unit, a fully digital instrument cluster, wireless charging and three-zone automatic climate control.

Under the hood, the A4 Signature Edition is powered by the same 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine found in the regular variant. This unit, paired with a 12V mild-hybrid system, produces 201 BHP and 320 Nm of torque. A 7-speed automatic transmission handles power delivery. Audi claims a 0-100 km/hr time of 7.1 seconds and a top speed of 241 km/hr.

The limited edition is available in five exterior paint options: Glacier White Metallic, Mythos Black Metallic, Navarra Blue Metallic, Progressive Red Metallic and Manhattan Grey Metallic.

Audi’s introduction of the Signature Edition reflects a strategy to keep its sedan offerings fresh and competitive in a segment increasingly dominated by SUVs.
