The first single from the upcoming animated series Mahavatar Narsimha, titled ‘Roar of Narsimha’, has officially been released. Presented by Hombale Films and backed by Kleem Productions, the track is now available in five languages: Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam.
The makers shared the announcement on social media, writing, “The divine roar has been unleashed! First Single from #MahavatarNarsimha ~ #RoarOfNarsimha out now on all music streaming platforms. Hindi – https://bfan.link/roar-of-narsimha-hindi A @samcsmusic musical”
The song is described as powerful and filled with intense rage, matching the tone of the animated series which aims to present the legendary tale of Lord Vishnu’s avatar, Narsimha. Along with the release of the single, a new poster has also been unveiled, further building anticipation around the project.
Mahavatar Narsimha is directed by Ashwin Kumar and produced by Shilpaa Dhawan, Kushal Desai, and Chaitanya Desai. The series is part of a larger planned slate under The Mahavatar Cinematic Universe, which will explore stories of Lord Vishnu’s avatars through animation.
The makers have announced the timeline for The Mahavatar Cinematic Universe, which will begin with Mahavatar Narsimha, scheduled to release on July 25, 2025, followed by Mahavatar Parshuram in 2027, Mahavatar Raghunandan in 2029, Mahavatar Dwarkadhish in 2031, Mahavatar Gokulananda in 2033, Mahavatar Kalki Part 1 in 2035, and Mahavatar Kalki Part 2 in 2037.
The project will be released in five Indian languages and in 3D, aiming to bring Indian mythological stories to new audiences through animation and large-scale storytelling. The partnership between Kleem Productions and Hombale Films is expected to span across multiple formats within the cinematic universe.
As the Mahavatar Cinematic Universe begins with Mahavatar Narsimha, the release of the first single sets the tone for the animated series, which is scheduled to premiere on July 25, 2025.
