Nagpur Riots Case: Bombay High Court Grants Bail to Accused

The Nagpur Bench of Bombay High Court, on Wednesday granted bail to eight individuals accused in the Nagpur riots case, marking a crucial development in the ongoing legal proceedings. The bail was sanctioned after detailed arguments were heard on multiple applications submitted on behalf of the accused.

The accused were represented by a panel of advocates, including Adv. Asif Qureshi, Adv. Shirrang Bhandarkar, Adv. Rafique Akbani, Adv. Adil Mohammad, Adv. Naveed Opai, and Adv. Adil Sheikh.
