Eros Hotel New Delhi has announced the elevation of Rubina Sharma to the position of Hotel Manager

Rubina will oversee hotel operations, driving excellence in guest satisfaction, team leadership, and business growth. The luxury business hotel marks this promotion as a significant step in its continued commitment to excellence.
Previously serving as the EAM – Rooms and Business Development since 2023, Sharma successfully led the hotel’s room sales and business development division, driving substantial revenue growth and elevating brand presence. Her exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and proven track record have positioned her perfectly for this new and expanded role.

In her new capacity, Rubina will oversee day-to-day operations, lead staff management initiatives, and craft targeted strategic plans to enhance overall efficiency and growth of the hotel. Her mission will focus around fostering business growth, enhancing guest experiences, and steering Eros Hotel New Delhi toward new benchmarks of excellence.
With over 20 years of rich and diverse experience in the hospitality industry, Rubina brings a wealth of knowledge across multiple domains, including Housekeeping, Front Office, and Sales. Her professional journey includes key roles at renowned five-star hotels such as The Imperial, Taj Palace, Jaypee Hotels, and IHG — making her a well-rounded and accomplished leader in the hospitality sector.
