Social Security Branch Busts Sex Racket at OYO Green Guest House in Besa

Nagpur: In a major crackdown on human trafficking, the Social Security Branch (SSB) of Nagpur Crime Branch on Monday raided OYO Green Guest House located behind Jayanti Nagari 07 in Dattadham Nagar, Besa Road, and busted a sex racket allegedly operated by a father-son duo. The accused, identified as Prajwal Sachin Tule (22) and his father Sachin Gangadhar Tule (47), both residents of Dattadham Nagar, were apprehended on the spot.

The raid, conducted between 4:20 pm and 8:30 pm on June 23, led to the rescue of two women who were being exploited at the guest house. Investigations have revealed that the duo has close ties to notorious gangster Santosh Ambekar and are already facing multiple criminal charges including murder and attempted murder.

The operation was executed under the supervision of PI Gajanan Gulhane, with the team comprising HC Prakash Mathankar, HC Vivek Adhav, WHC Anup Yadav, NPC Sheshrao Raut, PC Kunal Masram, PC Sameer Sheikh, and PC Kunal Bokhade. The team acted on a tip-off and laid the trap accordingly.

Police have registered a case under Sections 143(2)(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 3, 4, and 5 of the PITA Act, 1956. The following items were seized from the spot as part of the evidence:
• 2 mobile phones worth ₹40,000
• 10 condoms
• ₹2,600 in cash

The total value of seized material stands at ₹42,610. Both the accused and the rescued women were subjected to medical examination, and further legal proceedings are underway at Hudkeshwar Police Station.

The raid has exposed yet another criminal nexus operating behind the guise of guest houses and highlights the persistent challenges faced by law enforcement in curbing organized sex rackets in the city.
