The Telangana high court has reprimanded the National Investigation Agency (NIA) for persistent delays in pursuing appeals against bail granted to members of the banned Popular Front of India (PFI). The court imposed a fine of Rs 20,000 on the NIA, payable to the high court advocates’ association.
